Liqui-Site is looking for a mid-level Digital Project Manager to help expand our growing team. We’re based in Nyack, New York and work with cause-minded clients across the country.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a digital agency environment. You will work with the development team, digital team and the President to plan, prioritize, monitor, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for interactive websites and digital marketing projects through every phase of development – delivering on-time, within scope and on budget. This is a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality work and measurable results. You will be working directly with clients, and it’s essential that you are organized and are able to multi-task.

- In-depth understanding and knowledge of digital marketing services, social media, website/microsite development, SEO, analytics and related technology platforms.
What you’ll be responsible for…
- Manage projects throughout lifecycle working with the teams
- Working with the President, collaborate in creation of proposals and SOWs
- Drive weekly client status meetings
- Create project timeline, which will include phases, milestones and actionable items
- Manage scope creep
- Proactively communicate any issues to President
- Monitor and control project budget
- Assure compliance with Liqui-Site’s policies and procedures
